We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team in Chancery Lane, London. This is an onsite support role that would suit a 1st line Support Engineer looking for their next step.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an onsite Support Engineer to join our team in Chancery Lane, London. In this role you will be working on a client site and dedicated to a single customer, with the support of a wider technical team.
This role would be perfect for someone with a 1st line support skills set who would like to enhance their technical and client-facing skills to further develop their career.
This is a full time, onsite position.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted base salary for this role is between £25,000 and £30,000 a year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Guide users through step-by-step technical solutions at a 1st line level
End-to-end ownership of a customer ticket, identifying the underlying cause and managing the implementation of a solution (with the support of a Senior Engineer, as required)
Manage and work to agreed SLAs to ensure that the right technical solutions are delivered in the right way
Assist with hardware and software installations
Facilitate one-to-one user training, as required
Develop professionally by gaining on-the-job experience alongside having the opportunity to attain industry-recognised certifications
Qualifications & Experience:
The right candidate for this role will have:
Professional 1st line support engineering experience
Experience of working in a customer-facing capacity
Technical experience of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365) in an administration and troubleshooting capacity
