Position Overview:
Ensure Mirus achieves all set financial objectives through effective management of the Client Management Team and New Business Sales function. Working in conjunction with teams such as Advania marketing and cross sell opportunities to support these goals.
Responsibilities:
Working with key stakeholders and business units to:
- Responsible for the performance and management of the Client Management team and New Business Sales.
- Develop and mentor the sales team to increase knowledge and skill base
- Proactively review all accounts to improve revenue generation
- Working with sales teams to identify opportunities for upsell opportunities
- Liaise with Service Delivery Director to ensure that communication flows between the Sales and Service Department, helping to improve the customer experience when dealing with Mirus IT
- Liaise with Head of Professional Services to ensure that communication flows between Sales and Professional Services Department
- Work alongside Head of Business Operations to identify and new products and services that should be onboarded by the business.
- Produce monthly reports for Leadership detailing pipeline and project revenue forecast being worked on by the Sales Department and expected close date
- Be responsible for career development and 1-2-1 process.
- Create a culture of positive development within the sales team based around coaching and mentoring
- Work alongside Advania Marketing resources to achieve marketing activities that will help deliver the business goals.
- Working with Advania Group to increase cross sell opportunities
- Working as part of the Mirus Leadership team continue to improve the overall business
Qualifications & Experience:
- Knowledge and experience of working within Managed Services SMB environment
- Experienced in dealing with escalations and dealing with problems
- Experienced in day-to-day management of a sales team
- Experience working alongside multiple business departments to achieve business goals
- Proactive, practical approach to work
- Able to manage own workload and priorities.
- Able to work both within a team and using own initiative.
- Ability to work in an environment with frequently changing priorities
