Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes.
The role would be suitable for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who wants to build a career in project management. In the position, you will have the opportunity to manage specific project delivery and ensure that customer requirements are met in line with company strategy, vision, and goals.

The budgeted salary for this role is between £26,000 to £30,000 a year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Some of your day-to-day duties will include:
Facilitate Project Kick Off’s, Whiteboarding Sessions. Document Minutes and Actions
Own customer communications both verbally and written – ensure these are timely and in line with customer expectation
Lead the planning and implementation of projects so they are delivered on time and on budget
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables with the project engineer
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Assist in the development of project plans
Plan project timelines
Scheduling and allocation of project resource
Track project deliverables using ConnectWise
Project quality assurance (including random auditing of current and completed projects)
Own the reporting on progress of the projects to all stakeholders internally and externally
Present reports defining project progress, issues/risks and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Own the formal closure of all projects
The role also currently requires at least 2 days a week in the Milton Keynes office, and is subject to being increased.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with a variety of different internal and external stakeholders
Great organisational skills
Strong collaboration skills
Skill at managing changing workload and priorities
The ability to demonstrate an understanding of the full project lifecycle
Past project management experience would be useful, but it is not essential whatsoever to apply. The role would equally suit a technical candidate who has the aptitude and skills outlined above.
